Moving to Central Florida?
I'll match you to the right neighborhood, tour it with you on video and make the move feel easy.

Where should you live?
Six quick questions about how you like to live. You'll get three neighborhoods to start with.
How a long-distance move works.
- 1
Start with how you want to live
Lakes, golf, a walkable town center or a short drive to the parks. Each part of Central Florida has a different rhythm, and the quiz below is a good first filter.
- 2
Tour before you fly in
I tour homes and neighborhoods with you live on video, so your in-person trip is for the shortlist, not the search.
- 3
Check the details that matter
Flood zones, insurance quotes, HOA rules and commute times. For schools, I’ll point you to the official district sites so you can compare for yourself.
- 4
Close from anywhere
Inspections, appraisal and closing can be handled remotely, with me as your eyes and ears on the ground.

Relocation questions.
Don't see yours? and I'll answer personally.
Can you help if I’m relocating from another state?
Yes. Most of my relocation clients start long-distance. I’ll match you to neighborhoods that fit your lifestyle, tour homes with you live on video, and line up everything you need before you fly in.
Should I get pre-approved before we start?
It helps. A pre-approval tells you your real budget and makes your offer stronger. If you don’t have a lender yet, I’ll introduce you to trusted local options.
Which areas do you cover?
Greater Orlando and Central Florida: Winter Garden, Windermere, Winter Park, Audubon Park, downtown Orlando, Lake Nona, Oakland, Bella Collina, Reunion, Celebration, Kissimmee and nearby communities.
Let's plan your move.
Tell me a little about your plans. I reply personally, usually within 15 minutes between 8 am and 8 pm.
